Fire at tire warehouse on Achilleos Street

In the early hours of Monday, an emergency alert was issued to the fire department after reports of a fire at a tire warehouse on Achilleos Street.

The fire broke out at 4:30 AM in an abandoned warehouse containing pallets, tires, and car paint sprays.

The blaze quickly spread to an adjacent store, causing material damage to vehicles parked outside the warehouse.

Fifteen firefighters with six fire engines were deployed to extinguish the fire.
