Dacic: No one seeking change in dialogue format

JAGODINA - Serbian Deputy PM Ivica Dacic on Friday denied claims that "someone in the West" was seeking a change in the format of the Brussels dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, reiterating Belgrade was expecting it to resume but that it would not consent to topics outside the framework of status neutrality.

BELGRADE - An Inter-Parliamentary Union roundtable in Geneva has commended Serbia for building mechanisms enabling free access to information, as well as for progress made in strengthening parliamentary capacities.

Vucic, Ivanov discuss relations,migrants,situation in region

BELGRADE - Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic on Friday received Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov to discuss economic ties, the migrant crisis and the situation in the region.

Vucic and Ivanov agreed cooperation between security services needed to be stepped up to maintain stability in the Balkans amid the migrant crisis.

Russian embassy: No formal notification on deportation

MOSCOW, BELGRADE - The Russian embassy in Belgrade said Friday it had received no formal notification about an alleged "deportation of Russian citizens from Serbia over involvement in plotting terror attacks in Montenegro on October 16, when the parliamentary elections were held there", TASS reports.

Nikolic: Pristina one seeking to break off dialogue

BELGRADE - Serbia will insist on a continuation of the Brussels dialogue and intervene with Brussels to ensure Pristina refrains from making unreasonable demands, President Tomislav Nikolic said Friday, adding that Serbia would otherwise have to make "other moves."

Turkish Airlines launches new route to Seychelles

Turkish Airlines began operating flights on Oct. 31 from Istanbul to The Seychelles, the 115-island country which lies 1,500 kilometers (932 miles) east of the East African mainland, the company said in a written statement, Anadolu Agency has reported.

Turkey's flag-carrier Turkish Airlines said the Seychelles marked the airline's 114th country it flies to, and the 42nd in Africa. 

Turkish Central Bank lowers reserve option coefficients

The Central Bank has lowered its reserve option coefficient, a move that will provide approximately $620 million in liquidity to Turkey's financial system.
According to a statement from the Bank issued on Oct. 31, the coefficients for the second, third and fourth tranches of the foreign exchange facility of the Reserve Option Mechanism have been decreased by 0.2 points.
