Scotland Goes for Second Independence Referendum

Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has written a letter to Theresa May formally requesting a second Scottish independence referendum, raising a number of legal questions about whether and how it can and will be held.

Serbia will not extradite SRS officials despite Interpol notice

Rasim Ljajic says Serbia will not extradite three members of the opposition SRS party to the Hague Tribunal, where they are wanted on contempt of court charges.

Ljajic, a Serbian cabinet member who also chairs the National Council for Cooperation with the Hague Tribunal, said that a Serbian court has already ruled against the extradition.

Impasse stalls review as official sees no deal at Eurogroup

The prospects for a conclusion to a seemingly never-ending bailout review were as dim as ever on Friday as Eurogroup leader Jeroen Dijsselbloem stated outright that the review will not be completed at the next scheduled meeting of eurozone finance ministers on April 7.
