Farmer killed in tractor accident in Halkidiki

A 58-year-old man who had gone missing since October 30 in a region of the Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki, northern Greece, was found dead on Thursday.

According to police, the man was fatally injured when the tractor he was operating overturned at a rural road near the village of Metagitsi.

The family of the farmer had alerted authorities on his disappearance on Tuesday. 

Divers recover jet's data recorder on Indonesia seafloor

Paid Parking Zone in Sofia will be Extended in Four Districts

From 1st of November, the green area for paid parking in Sofia will be extended by additional 5,500 spaces. The extension of the zone is made at the request of the citizens and is expected to ease parking, reports BNT. 

Montenegro bans entry to Serb writers, historians, lawyers

The Chairman of the Agency for Bulgarians Abroad is accused of leading an organised criminal group, bribery and trading in influence, prosecutor Angel Kanev who oversees the investigation said at a briefing, Focus News Agency reports. The criminal activity began in June 2017.

The procedure for the selection of an investor for the Belene NPP project has been developed, some minor details still need refinement, Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova told reporters after taking part in a meeting of the Energy Security Council at the Council of Ministers, Focus News Agency has reported.
