Ferry rams into port of Chios; no injuries
A Greek passenger ferry carrying 225 people onboard crashed into the middle pier of the port of Chios, in the eastern Aegean, on Wednesday night, according to state-run news agency ANA-MPA. No injuries were reported.
"Diagoras," which connects the island to Piraeus, was trying to dock when the collision happened.

District governor of Smolyan, Nedyalko Slavov, cancelled the partial state of emergency for the Prevala pass (South Bulgaria), the district press office said on 30th of January. Traffic through the pass has been restored, but snow chains are obligatory required. The district crisis management unit monitors the condition of the dams and rivers in the area.

There is no legal violation in the construction of a hotel with an outdoor swimming pool in the St. St. Konstantin and Elena resort, near Varna, because it has a legal construction permit based on approved technical documentation, said Ivan Nestorov, head of the Directorate for National Construction Supervision.
