Summer time starts on Sunday morning

Clocks move forward an hour on Sunday at 3 a.m., marking the start of summer time.
The European Parliament recently approved the scrapping of the time change from 2021.
A European Union survey last year showed that more than 80 percent of Europeans were against the clock changes. 

Police arrest two following attacks on riot units

Police said on Saturday morning that they had arrested two individuals, aged 32 and 24, in connection with a series of Molotov cocktails attacks against riot police units in the wider Exarchia area in central Athens shortly after midnight on Friday.
According to reports, police responded to the attacks launched by a group of hooded individuals with tear gas.

Illegal immigrants arrested in Thessaloniki operation

More than 50 foreign nationals were arrested in Thessaloniki during a joint operation by the Aliens Bureau, the police and the city's local authority, reports said on Saturday.
