5.3-magnitude earthquake strikes central Greece

The Athens Geodynamic Institute said on Saturday an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 struck central Greece.
The quake struck at 12:46 p.m. (1046 GMT) about 132 kilometers (82 miles) northwest of Athens, near the seaside town of Itea, at a depth of 13.7 kilometers (8.5 miles).
No damage has been reported so far. The tremor was also felt in the Athens area.

Turkey hits historic LNG import record in Jan

Turkey's monthly LNG imports reached a historic record high at 2.34 billion cubic meters (bcm) in January 2019, according to Turkey's Energy Market Regulatory Authority's (EMRA) data.

Cultural Heritage tour Presented to Mark Sofia’s 140th Anniversary as Capital of Bulgaria

As part of the celebrations marking 140 years since Sofia was declared the capital of Bulgaria, the Culture Directorate and the team of the Historical Routes website organized a tour of part of Sofia's cultural heritage, which is called "Behind the Facades of Sofia homes". On 29th of March, the Sofia mayor Yordanka Fandakova was the first to pass on it, reports BNT. 

8th European Forum for Social Entrepreneurship, Held between 28-31.03.2019 in Plovdiv

After the official opening ceremony of the Forum, Minister Biser Petkov presented awards for an innovative product. In addition to the distinguished Bulgarian social entrepreneurs from the areas of fashion, services and technologies, companies from Romania, Italy and Korea, whose products are represented on the Forum, were granted with awards.
