Turkey's foreign trade deficit falls 67.4% in Q1

Turkey's foreign trade deficit in the first quarter of this year fell 67.4 percent year-on-year, the country's statistical authority announced on April 30.

22 New Buses Running on Natural Gas Launched in Sofia Public Transport

22 new natural gas buses start moving on the streets in Sofia, announced Sofia Municipality.

The machines are the "Yuotong" brand, low-floor, air-conditioned, with the possibility of using the Internet by the passengers.

Some of the buses will run on line 604. From mid-May, they will also serve lines 113, 384 and 75.

The Interior Ministry (MUP) said the crash, that happened around 06:45 CET on Tuesday, involved a truck, and a bus that then caught on fire.

Several more persons have been injured, some seriously, and taken to a hospital in Prokupac, the MUP said.
Both drivers lost their lives, along with two passengers from the bus that burned down, RTS said.

Thousands of Czechs Protested Against the Change of the Minister of Justice

Thousands of Czechs protested last night in the Old Town of Prague and in another hundred settlements against the planned change of Justice Minister Jan Knezinik with an associate close to President Milos Zeman - Maria Benesova.

The protest is organized by the Million Moments of Democracy Network.

Whale was Detained in Norway on Suspicion of Being a Russian Spy

A whale found on the coast of Norway, carrying a special Russian harness and probably trained by the Russian navy, said a Norwegian expert, quoted by the BBC.

Marine biologist Professor Awund Rickardsen explained that the harness has a GoPro camera holder and a label that points to St. Petersburg. Norwegian fisherman managed to remove it from the whale.
