Turkey says Syria-bound weapons claims part of 'defamation campaign'
The Turkish Foreign Ministry's spokesman has denied allegations of Turkey sending weapons to Syria and allowing the crossing of fighters into the war-torn country.
Stressing that Turkey's position on the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) "is clear," spokesperson Tanju Bilgiç said the allegations were "slanderous" and part of a "defamation campaign."
Two Syrian refugees in Turkey drop baby on street, run away
Two Syrian refugee women have caused a stir by dropping a baby girl on the sidewalk before running away, in the southern Turkish province of Adana.
