Gasic: Sad day for Serbia, suspects in toddler's killing in custody
BELGRADE - Serbian Interior Minister Bratislav Gasic said Thursday was a sad day for Serbia following the tragic death of two-year-old Danka Ilic from Bor, eastern Serbia, who went missing last Tuesday.
At a press conference at the Palace of Serbia, Gasic said the suspects in the killing had been arrested and placed in custody after a comprehensive 10-day police operation.
Vucic: I will discuss Kosovo-Metohija issue with at least ten European leaders
BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Thursday the UN Security Council would hold a regular session on Kosovo-Metohija on April 22 and that he would discuss the situation in the province with French President Emmanuel Macron and at least ten other European leaders.

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Thursday Danka Ilic, a two-year-old girl from Bor, eastern Serbia, who went missing last Tuesday, had been killed and that two people who had admitted to having committed the crime had been arrested.

Dinar-to-euro exchange rate at RSD 117.1403
BELGRADE - The Serbian dinar's official median exchange rate against the euro is 117.1403 dinars for one euro on Thursday, which is a slight change from Wednesday, the National Bank of Serbia said.
The dinar is steady against the euro m-o-m, up by 0.1 pct y-o-y and steady relative to the beginning of the year.

Brnabic calls Belgrade local elections for June 2
BELGRADE - Serbian Parliament Speaker Ana Brnabic on Wednesday called elections for the Belgrade city assembly for June 2.
Brnabic signed a decision to call the polls in the parliament building.
Calling for a fair and honest election race, Brnabic urged all citizens to vote and show the direction Belgrade should be heading and developing in.

Serbian gov't to hold extraordinary session Thursday, Vucic to attend
BELGRADE - The Serbian government will hold an extraordinary session on Thursday 10 am, with President Aleksandar Vucic to attend, a source in the government has confirmed to Tanjug.
The session will also be attended by Parliament Speaker Ana Brnabic, government ministers, security, army and police officials and directors of public enterprises.
