Romania updates list of countries in COVID-19 red, yellow, green areas

Romania's National Committee for Emergency Situations (CNSU) updated on Friday its list of countries or areas with high COVID-19 epidemiological risk. Turkish president meets Guinea-Bissau, Senegal leaders

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Jan. 30 met with his counterparts from Guinea-Bissau and Senegal in Istanbul.

Erdoğan's meeting with Guinea Bissau's President Umaro Sissco Embalo and Senegal's President Macky Sall started at 2.00 p.m. [1100GMT].

The meeting, which was closed to the press, lasted an hour and a half.

Daea: We closed 11 files in agriculture, fishery; most important for Romania - unfair commercial practices

Romania has closed 11 files in the field of agriculture, rural development and fisheries in the six months in which it held the Presidency of the Council of the European Union, compared to four as originally proposed, and the most important file for the country was the one on unfair commercial practices, Agriculture and Rural Development Minister Petre Daea told AGERPRES.

The country also respects UN Resolution 1244 which confirms that Kosovo is an integral part of Serbia.

This has been stated in Belgrade on Tuesday by President of the Assembly of Guinea-Bissau and President of the Executive Committee of the African Parliamentary Union Cipriano Cassama.

Cassama described Serbia as a rich and developed country.

Pristina: Guinea-Bissau again confirms recognition of Kosovo

Kosovo First Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli has announced that Guinea Bissau "again confirmed" that it has recognized Kosovo.

Pacolli told Pristina-based KTV that he received a note about the confirmation of recognition, and presented it to the viewers and to the host of the show, the Beta agency is reporting.
