Montenegro Seeks to Lure More Russian Tourists
Montenegro's tourism business is gearing up for the summer, expecting more Russian tourists than in previous years.
On Thursday, the tourism authorities presented the country's offer at the largest Moscow travel and tourism fair, MITT, saying that, "trends show that more Russian tourists are interesting to visit Montenegro."

Net Holding signs casino management deal in Montenegro
Turkey's Net Holding has signed a casino management agreement with Casino Avala d.o.o to operate a casino in Budva, Montenegro, the company announced in a written statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) late on Dec. 14.
The agreement will be for five years, while the casino space covered by the deal is 2,000 square meters in total, according to the statement.

Ex security agency members freed in Draskovic case
The Higher Court in Belgrade has acquitted three former members of the former State Security (DB) accused of helping in an attempt to assassinate Vuk Draskovic.
The attempt on the life of the leader of the Serbian Renewal Movement (SPO) took place in Budva, Montenegro, in 2000.

Police on Thursday arrested several leaders and officials in the scandal-hit municipality of Budva on suspicion of abuse of office and of damaging the local budget to the tune of several million euros, local media reported.
