World premiere of '1989' live in Belgrade
BELGRADE - The simultaneous premiere of film '1989' to mark the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall will be held on November 5 in 20 European cities, including Belgrade, Free Zone film festival released on Thursday.
The screening is organised by the Copenhagen CPH:DOX festival which chose the international film festival Free Zone from Belgrade as one of the partners.

Public Transport In Sofia Cheapest In EU Capitals
The public transport in Sofia is the cheapest, compared to the other EU capitals, shows a Belgian survey, quoted by the BTA wire service.
Most expensive is the transport in Copenhagen - a 24-hour card costs EUR 17. Next is Stockholm - EUR 12.
In Sofia the same card costs EUR 2. In Bucharest the price is EUR 3.6 and in Athens - EUR 4.

UN climate summit will fail unless US sets big goal: EU
The UN climate summit in 2015 will fail unless the United States sets "a concrete and ambitious" goal to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions, EU climate commissioner Connie Hedegaard warned.
Danish court frees 10 over PKK funding charges
A Danish court on Oct. 23 freed 10 men charged with "terror funding" after raising up to 140 million kroner (18.8 million euros, $23.8 million) for PKK militants.
The money was channeled to the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), through Roj TV, a Denmark-based Kurdish television channel that had its license revoked last year for "glorifying terrorism."
