Cyprus president warns UN chief no rush to reach peace deal
Greek Cypriot president Nicos Anastasiades has warned U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon that time is needed to negotiate a deal reunifying the ethnically-split island without "deficiencies, gaps and ambiguities" that may lead Greek and Turkish Cypriots to reject it in referendums.

If you asked who one of the heroes at this year's World Economic Forum in Davos was, I would say Hamdi Ulukaya, who was able to make the yogurt brand "Chobani," which he founded in the U.S. in 2007 and became the fastest growing company in history.

Negotiations between Greece and its lenders to start on Monday
The Greek government will meet with the representatives of the Institutions to start the negotiations on all open issues on Monday, while talks will be carried out in two phases, according to Naftermporiki newspaper citing Finance Ministry’s information.
EU and Turkey have to work together on refugees
There is much talk in Europe about the need to cooperate with Turkey over the refugee crisis. Germany is one of the countries spearheading this argument. The only problem is that not all EU members agreed on what this means.

Creditors ‘Quartet’ in Greece soon, with group dismissals back on table
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is coming to Greece with two new ‘bombs’ up its sleeve. Apart from social security reform that is already on the table, the IMF delegation is preparing to bring back discussion on group dismissals (from the second bailout agreement) and a joint wage chart (already voted on by Greek Parliament).

Welcome to Nikos and Andros?
Many people were puzzled when Prime Minister Ahmet Davuto?lu and Foreign Minister Mevlut Çavu?o?lu separately met in Istanbul with Andreas Kyprianou, the secretary-general of the Greek Cypriot Progressive Party of Working People (AKEL). Particularly, the very fact that the meeting came immediately after a landmark trilateral meeting of the two Cypriot leaders with the U.N.

PM "concerned over migrant crisis for first time"
Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said in Davos on Friday that he has not yet seen a convincing enough way of solving the migrant crisis.
He also said that he was, "for the first time," concerned about future developments related to the crisis.

Iraqi PM asks Turkey to pull out troops
Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi has appealed to Turkey to pull its troops out of Iraqi territory and instead provide training and equipment to fight the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), one day after he held a meeting with U.S. Vice President Joe Biden at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
