The Strike of the Ryanair Pilots is POSTPONED

The Irish Supreme Court has blocked the strike of the Ryanair pilots scheduled for tomorrow and again in Dublin.

The airline welcomed the decision and urged pilots to return to negotiations and to resolve any disagreements without disrupting the flight schedule.

A British court decision is also expected today to postpone the protest by pilots in Britain.

For the First Time, a Jordanian Foreign Minister is Arriving in Bulgaria

At the invitation of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ekaterina Zaharieva, the Jordanian Foreign Minister arrives in Bulgaria for the first time, the Foreign Ministry said. Bottle of 19th Century Whiskey was Auctioned for € 23,000

A rare bottle of Irish whiskey produced at the end of the 19th century by local company Cassidy & Co was auctioned for € 23,000, TASS news agency reported.

The amount is well in excess of the preliminary estimate, which was between € 5,000 and € 10,000, according to Victor Mee Action, the organizers of the auction held in Caven.

Avramopoulos calls for ‘provisional agreements’ between EU states on rescued migrants

Number of migrants in Greece expected to top 90,000 by year-end, minister says

Greece's population of undocumented migrants is set to exceed 90,000 by the end of the year, up from around 75,000 now, Migration Minister Dimitris Vitsas said on Wednesday, referring to a "unbearable weight."
Greece has the capacity to process 20,000 asylum applications every year but received 67,000 in 2018, Vitsas said.
