Tonight the Traffic on Struma Highway Will Be Stopped for an Hour
From 23:00 to 24:00, the traffic on Struma Highway will be stopped in both directions. This will happen at the 163rd km of the motorway in the area of the of Marino Pole village near Petrich.
Offers For the Construction of 10 km From Struma Motorway Are Now Open
A consortium including local firms GP Group, Global Construction and Via Plan will build the 2km Zheleznitsa Tunnel, part of the Struma Motorway, worldhighways.com writes.
The contract is worth around €97.5 million and the tunnel will be the longest in Bulgaria.
Greek Strike Diverts Routes of Two Trains Moving Between Sofia and Thessaloniki
In relation to the announced three-day strike (May 30, May 31, and June 1) in Greece, the routes of two trains travelling between Bulgaria and Greece will be temporarily changed.
These will be the morning fast train from Thessaloniki to Sofia, as well as the afternoon fast train from Sofia to Thessaloniki, the press centre of Bulgarian State Railways BDZ announced.

Over the weekend, children from the village noticed six-seven men carrying their luggage in bags who were walking on the international railway line.

Lot 2 of Bulgaria's Struma Motorway to Be Launched by End of October
The traffic on lot 2 of the Struma motorway between the Bulgarian towns of Dupnitsa and Blagoevgrad, will be launched by the end of October.
This was announced by Bulgarian Regional Minister Lilyana Pavlova, who inspected the construction works on the section of the motorway on Sunday.
