The Bulgarian nomination for UN Secretary-General will be unveiled by the end of March.
This was by announced by Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov in London on Thursday where he is participating in the international conference "Supporting Syria and the Region".
EBRD plans 900-million-euro package for Turkey, Jordan

Assange says he will accept arrest if UN panel rules against him
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange will leave the Ecuadorian embassy in London, where he took refuge in June 2012 to avoid extradition to Sweden, and accept arrest on Feb. 5 if a UN panel investigating his case rules against him, he said in a statement.
Assange, 44, is wanted in Sweden for questioning over allegations of rape in 2010 which the Australian denies.

Bulgaria to Provide EUR 150 000 in Refugee Aid
Bulgaria will made voluntary contributions to the World Food Programme (WFP) and UNICEF amounting to a total of EUR 150 000.
The humanitarian aid will be used to provide food for refugees in the countries neighbouring Syria and improve access to education of Syrian children, the government's press service informs.
