Russia Says Gazprom in Talks with Overgas over 'Commercial Issues'
Russia is carrying out talks with Bulgarian-Russian company Overgas to settle "trade issues" of the past few years, but will continue delivering natural gas to Bulgaria, TASS quotes the Foreign Ministy in Moscow as saying.
"Bulgaria will not be left without natural gas," the statement also reads.
World celebrates New Year amid terror threat
The world has celebrated the coming of a New Year on the last day of 2015, amid terror threats leading to a number of central squares being blocked to celebrations.
Australia's biggest city, Sydney, was the first to host a major event to ring in the New Year, with pyrotechnics exploding over the harbor.

Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic has claimed Turkey attempted to start a war between NATO and Russia with the Nov. 24 downing of Russian warplane near the Syrian border.
Speaking to Russian RIA Novosti news agency, Nikolic said the downing of the Russian warplane was an attempt to involve NATO and Russia into a conflict with Syria.

A gunman opened fire on a group of tourists visiting a historic fortress in Dagestan in southern Russia on Dec. 29 evening, killing one and injuring eleven, an official in the region's health ministry said on Dec. 30.
Serbia 'to Help Turkey, Russia Reconcile'
Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic has accepted the request of Turkish PM Ahmet Davutoglu to assist in the reconciliation process between Ankara and Moscow, Tanjug agency quotes him as saying.
Davutoglu visited Serbia on Tuesday, meeting both Nikolic and his counterpart Vucic.
He told Nikolic Turkey was willing to have good relations with Moscow.
