Train connecting Serbia and Kosovo brings war closer again?
A promotional ride was organized on Saturday in a new Russian-manufactured train. The train’s interior was decorated with the imagery of the Serb cultural and spiritual heritage located in Kosovo and Metohija.
"If Serbs are killed, we'll send army to Kosovo" - president
Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic warned on Sunday that "any new attempt by Pristina to cause a conflict" would "end badly."
The president made this statement after a meeting of the Council for National Security, held in Belgrade.
Serbia, Kosovo in Row over 'Plans to Attack Train'
Tensions grew between Serbia and Kosovo on Saturday after Belgrade ordered that a train be halted before entering the Kosovar territory due to reports of a planned attack.
The Belgrade-Kosovska Mitrovica train service was running for the first time since the 1999 NATO bombings.

EP's Kosovo rapporteur urges establishment of Community
BRUSSELS - In a draft resolution on Kosovo, debated by the European Parliament Monday, rapporteur Ulrike Lunacek urged Pristina to establish the Community of Serb Municipalities pursuant to an agreement reached in the EU-facilitated dialogue and a decision of Kosovo's constitutional court.

The Kosovo Assembly in Pristina on Tuesday held an extraordinary session dedicated to the arrest in France of Ramush Haradinaj.
After 11 hours of debate, the Assembly failed to adopted either of the two draft resolutions tabled on this subject.

Haradinaj's extradition depends on Serbia's request
BERLIN - The French court's decision on the fate of Alliance for the Future of Kosovo leader Ramus Haradinaj depends on whether Serbia's extradition request will include new charges he has not been tried on at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, says Christian Tomuschat, an expert on international law.
Haradinaj to appear before French court "on Thursday"
Ramush Haradinaj will again appear before a French court on Thursday, his lawyer, Arian Koci, has been quoted as saying.
Albanian-language media in Pristina are on Monday quoting Koci as saying that his client, the leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, "could be released on bail, but without the right to leave France."
Nikolic cancels visit to Kosovo-Metohija
BELGRADE - Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic has cancelled a Christmas Eve visit to Strpce, Kosovo-Metohija, Tanjug has learned.
A source in Nikolic's presidential office told Tanjug Thursday a group of his aides, a so-called "advance team", had practically been ill-treated at the administrative crossing earlier in the day by unfair staff.
