A Turkish Airlines (THY) aircraft carrying passengers from Istanbul to the southern province of Antalya has been struck by lightning shortly after takeoff.

After the THY flight for Antalya departed from Istanbul Airport on Jan. 29 at 9:25 a.m., the cabin crew promptly informed the control tower that the aircraft was hit by lightning.

The new store, set to open "in the coming weeks" is located in the diplomatic quarter of Riyadh, an area inhabited by embassy staff and diplomats. Theoretically, the breakthrough is significant. Until now, there have been no alcohol stores in Saudi Arabia, so the opening of the first alcohol store in seventy years has certainly sparked interest and attention.

Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has engaged in discussions with Hamas political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh, as confirmed by diplomatic sources.
