A Record 5 Tonnes of Cocaine Seized in Costa Rica

Costa Rica police seized the largest amount of drug in its history yesterday - 5 tonnes of cocaine hidden in a container of flowers that was to be loaded today in the port of Limon, on the Caribbean coast, France Press reported.

The drug was hidden in a shipment of flowers traveling to the Dutch port city of Rotterdam, the Interior Minister said.

Five Dutch Companies have Received Letters Containing Potentially Deadly Explosives

Five Dutch companies in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht received bomb letters in the last week. None of the packages exploded, NL reported, citing Dutch police.

The packages containing potentially deadly explosives were sent to a gas station and hotel in Amsterdam, to a car dealer and a gas station in Rotterdam, and to a real estate agency in Utrecht.

The Netherlands Cuts Speed Limit on Motorways to 100 km / h

Daytime speed limits on Dutch roads must be lowered to 100 km / h in order for the country to cope with its emissions and nitrogen oxide pollution, Dutch media quoted by economic.bg.

Prime Minister Mark Rutte said it was an "unpleasant measure" but necessary. The existing limit of 130 km / h will still be allowed overnight.

Tecau-Rojer duo wins Swiss Indoors Basel men's doubles event

Romanian-Dutch duo Horia Tecau/ Jean-Julien Rojer won the men's doubles final of the 2,082,655-EUR Swiss Indoors ATP tournament in Basel, Switzerland, after defeating US double Taylor Fritz /N.4 Tecau-Rojer prevailed in 69 minutes, thus sealing their qualification for the ATP Finals. Tecau-Rojer previously reached the Basel semi-finals in 2015 and 2016.
