Tensions in Macedonia Continue to Run High as Vienna Meeting Approaches
Tensions in Macedonia continue to run high as protests took place in Skopje for the eighth consecutive day on Wednesday.
Protests were sparked by last week's decision of Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov to pardon 56 politicians for their alleged involvement in last year's wiretapping scandal.
Former Yugoslav diplomatic offices to be put up for sale
BELGRADE- Former Yugoslav diplomatic and consular offices in New York, Bonn, Bern and Tokyo, worth USD 70-80 million, are to be put up for sale, with Serbia to receive around USD 35 million of the total.
FYROM Protests Continue For More Than A Week
BELGRADE - Several thousand people protested in FYROM's (Macedonia) capital, Skopje, for the eighth day on April 19, calling for President Gjorge Ivanov to resign.
The country's political crisis began last year when the opposition accused the government of illegally wiretapping some 20,000 people, including politicians, judges, police, journalists, and diplomats.

Parallel Protests Take Place Across Macedonia
Tensions in Macedonia continued to run high on Tuesday, as thousands of pro-opposition protesters gathered in Skopje and other parts of the country, while parallel protests took place in several towns.

Former SFRY diplomatic offices to be put up for sale
BELGRADE- Former Yugoslav diplomatic and consular offices in New York, Bonn, Bern and Tokyo, worth USD 70-80 million, are to be put up for sale, with Serbia to receive around USD 35 million of the total.
Migrants again block railroad near Idomeni
Migrants in Idomeni, Greece, on the border with Macedonia, have once again blocked the railroad tracks, Skopje-based media have reported.
According to the reports quoted on Tuesday by the Beta agency, the migrants blocked the tracks again yesterday, shortly after the Greek police moved in to clear it up after 30 days of blockade.

Macedonia Protests Go On against Blanket Amnesty in Wiretapping Case
Demonstrators took to the streets of Skopje for yet another evening to call for the resignation of President Gjorge Ivanov, but also demanding he reverse a blanket amnesty for 56 politicians over a case of massive wiretapping.
EU Attempts to Salvage Macedonia Crisis Deal
EU spokesperson Maja Kocijancic said on Monday that the EU Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn is hoping to meet the leaders of four main political parties very soon to discuss the recent escalation of the crisis which has seen daily protests on the streets of Skopje.

Macedonia Protests Demanding President's Resignation Continue
Thousands took to the streets of Macedonian capital Skopje on Friday evening, in the fourth protest following the President's decision to grant a blanket amnesty in a wiretapping affair.
The rally went peacefully ending in front of the government headquarters, local media report.
