The men's national basketball team showed in the friendly tournament it featured at in Paris over the weekend it is not yet up to the level required for the second round of qualifiers for the 2019 World Championship that begins on Thursday.

According to the Serbian government, Brnabic andwill discusse cooperation of the two countries with Prime Minister of Georgia Mamuka Bahtadze.

Brnabic will also meet with Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili and Georgian Parliament Speaker Irakli Kobakhidze.

Turkish National Defense Minister Nurettin Canikli on May 26 said his country believes Georgia's Abkhazia and South Ossetia disputes can be resolved on the basis of the country's internationally recognized borders. Canikli was in the Georgian capital Tbilisi to attend events on the country's 100th anniversary of its foundation.

Romania and Georgia are planning to get to know each other better and to learn more about each other's history, to mark some of the important moments for the two countries and to develop bilateral economic cooperation, Romania's Ambassador to Georgia Radu Liviu Horumba told an interview granted to AGERPRES.
