On Wednesday, media reported a new case in the northwestern town of Tetovo. The infant's mother had already died during child birth.

Zaev Races to Close Deal on Macedonian Cabinet
Starting from Tuesday, the Social Democratic leader Zoran Zaev is holding a series of meetings with his coalition partners from the three main ethnic Albanian parties to align their stances on the future ministers in his cabinet.

BELGRADE - The Community of Serb Municipalities cannot be copied, Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic said Tuesday, adding that there were no discussions about a substantial autonomy in any other country in the region or any other part of Serbian territory.

The Union of Albanian Municipalities in the Region has been formed in Tirana, Albania, on the occasion of the Albanian national holiday, November 28.
This union is made up of Tirana, Pristina, Tetovo, Ulcinj, and Presevo, with an agreement of cooperation signed by the mayors of the five towns.

Macedonia's PM 'Promised to React' on Bulgarian Monument Desecration
Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov has said his Macedonian counterpart Emil Dimitriev assured him there would be a response from authorities to the desecration of a memorial plaque allegedly committed by a Macedonian journalist.
"I don't want to comment," he has told reporters after a summit in Vienna.
Bulgaria to Allocate BGN 0.3 M in Assistance to Macedonia
Bulgaria's government has approved a decision to grant financial assistance to Macedonia to help it deal with the aftermath of floods in August.
The BGN 0.3 M worth of funding will be disbursed from the Foreign Ministry's relief budget and comes as an addition to the technical and humanitarian assistance provided so far, the cabinet has said.
