Ethnic Kurd arrested; wanted in Turkey for terrorist action
Police have arrested a Turkish citizen, an ethnic Kurd, wanted for membership in a terrorist organization.
The 41-year-old had gone to the police's aliens' division in Athens to renew his asylum request papers; when the officer entered his name an INTERPOL Red Notice appeared, asking for his arrest.
More than 50 million people fully jabbed, minister confirms

The funeral of producer and founder of Kalan Music, Hasan Saltık, who died of a heart attack at the age of 57 on June 2 in the Bodrum district of Muğla, was laid to rest on June 4 in Istanbul's Küçükyalı Cemetery.

Producer Hasan Saltık dies at 57
Hasan Saltık, the owner of Kalan Music, which introduced the musical richness of Turkey to the world, died on June 2 at the age of 57.
It was reported that Saltık, who produced more than 1,000 albums, died of a heart attack.

Turkish police detain 55 HDP and DBP members in southeast
Police detained 55 members of the Kurdish issue-focused Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) and its local affiliate the Democratic Regions Party (DBP), including senior officials, in the southeastern province of Diyarbakır early on Oct. 11.
Police raided addresses belonging to party members in an operation conducted across several districts in Diyarbakır, Doğan News Agency has reported.

Tunceli locals march against power plant in Munzur Valley
Thousands of Tunceli locals marched on Aug. 3 against the hydroelectric power plant (HES) project planned to be built in Munzur Valley, located in Turkeyâs southeastern province.
