Iran and EU say Vienna nuke talks will resume in coming days

The European Union and Iran agreed on Saturday to resume negotiations in Vienna in the coming days over Tehran's tattered nuclear deal with world powers.

The agreement could help relieve tensions after the talks stalled for months, while Iran enriches uranium closer than ever to weapons-grade levels under decreasing international oversight.

Countires reverting to coal

The Dutch have joined Germany and Austria in reverting to coal power following an energy crisis provoked by Russia's invasion of Ukraine.    

The Netherlands said it would lift all restrictions on power stations fired by the fossil fuel, which were previously limited to just over a third of output.    

Musicologist Primož Kuret dies

Ljubljana – Musicologist Primož Kuret, a professor emeritus at the Academy of Music, has died aged 86, says a posting on the academy’s website.
