Swedish football team saved by last minute plane change
The tragic crash of Airbus A320 in mountainous terrain in southeastern France cost the lives of 150 people including 16 students and two infants.
Swedish football team Dalkurd FF from Borlaenge, in central Sweden, was booked to fly home to Sweden on the budget carrier after a trip to Catalonia.
However, their lucky stars made them change their traveling arrangements.

The decision was ratified at a meeting of Fifa's executive committee in Zurich on Thursday, according to reports of the BBC News.

Five hurt as trains collide in Switzerland
Two trains slammed into each other near the Swiss city of Zurich early Friday, tipping over carriages and injuring at least five people, police said.
A conductor was in a serious condition after the crash, which saw ambulances, fire and rescue services rush to the scene as a rescue helicopter hovered above.

Passengers Injured After Swiss Train Crash
Swiss police announced that two trains have crashed in the town of Rafz early on Friday morning.
The town is located 30 kilometers north of Zurich.
Several of the carriages have been tipped on their sides, but neither of the two locomotives has been overturned.

Swiss Police Arrest Man After Shooting in Zurich
Swiss police arrested a man in Zurich following a shooting on Thursday morning, the New Zuercher Zeitung reported.
The arrested person was taken to hospital with gunshot wounds.
The reasons for the shooting that occurred during a large-scale police operation in the city were not immediately known.

Qatar asks for time to implement labor reforms
Qatari sports executives, in a bid to refute calls for depriving Qatar of its 2022 World Cup hosting rights, have asked their human rights and trade union critics, as well as world football body FIFA, to give them more time to address criticism of the Gulf state's kafala or sponsorship system that puts employees at the mercy of their employers.
