Ljubljana – The National Review Commission has rejected as ungrounded the demands for a review of a selection procedure for main construction works on the Divača-Koper rail track in which four Chinese bidders were eliminated from the competition. This means a decision has been reached on all seven complaints, so the procedure is now closed.

According to the government, they discussed projects that the Serbian government is implementing with this Chinese company, which successfully operates in 157 countries of the world.

The Serbian government announced last week that the format of cooperation, "16 + 1," is "a comprehensive mechanism for high-level cooperation in the field of economy, especially infrastructure, as well as in agriculture, culture and media, science and technology, sports, IT sector and other fields."
