BELGRADE -- Zorana Mihajlovic says Serbia is conducting "difficult negotiations with Chinese on a concession on parts of a highway from Belgrade to the Montenegrin border."
The Serbian minister of construction, transport and infrastructure spoke on Monday to add that the talks have so far lasted a month and a half.

Montenegro Cuts Taxes on Chinese Highway Builders
Montenegro is exempting Chinese contractors and subcontractors working on a new highway from paying VAT, customs duties, taxes and fees for engaging foreign workers and corporate income tax.
The Tax Administration on Tuesday said new laws prescribed the tax exemption for the procurement of products and services for the planned new highway.

Concession talks begin for E736 highway section
BELGRADE - Concession negotiations on the construction, use and maintenance of the Belgrade-Pozega section of E-763 highway have started on Monday with two Chinese companies which completed the pre-qualification procedure - China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) and Shandong Hi-Speed Group.
