Germany's broadcaster Deutsche Welle writes this in an opinion peace signed by Max Hofmann, who thinks that "when individual council members would rather illegally accept money and gifts instead of fighting corruption, then there's no need for the Council of Europe anymore."

Deutsche Welle Releases Documentary About Marriage in Roma Minority of Bulgaria
The German publication Deutsche Welle has produced a documentary in Bulgaria about one of the older traditions of the Roma minority with regards to marriage.
The documentary follows a Kalaidzhi family as they attempt to find a husband for their daughter, and it explores the differences between the young Roma and the older generations.

Around 10 People Injured in Clashes at Moria Migrant Camp on Lesvos
Around 10 people were rushed to hospital on Lesvos on Tuesday night following violent clashes between rival groups in the Moria refugee and migrant camp, Ekathimerini reported.
