Greek mid-caps on display at Geneva roadshow

Athens Stock Exchange Group (HELEX) on Tuesday launched a series of international roadshows to promote listed medium-capitalization companies to European institutional investors for the first time.

The first roadshow took place on Tuesday in Geneva and will be followed by roadshows in Paris (June 22) and Frankfurt (October 31).

Athens Stock Exchange Group (HELEX) is organizing a series of international roadshows to promote listed medium-capitalization companies to European institutional investors for the first time.

The first roasdshow will be held on Tuesday (13 June) in Geneva, to be followed by roadshows in Paris (June 22) and Frankfurt (October 31). 

Dimand: Marianna Latsi and George Elliott (Orasis) are new shareholders

Latsco Hellenic Holdings (the family office of Marianna Latsi) and Orasis (the fund of George Elliott) will invest about 25 million euros in Dimand as cornerstone investors, acquiring a total of 8.92% of the company after the increase of share capital and while the company will now be listed on the Stock Exchange.

EBRD-Dimand venture starts work

The consortium set up by property development company Dimand and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is planning a 250-300-million-euro investment program within the next three years.

Its aim will be the creation of projects in various areas of the property market, focusing on office buildings, mixed-use properties, city hotels and student accommodation.
