TotalEnergies explores US, Europe renewable portfolio stake sale, sources say

France's TotalEnergies is exploring a sale of a 50% stake of a portfolio of renewable projects in Europe and the US, including Greece,according to two people familiar with the matter.

The French energy group is sounding out advisers for a sale of a stake in wind and solar power assets across the US, Spain, Portugal, France and Greece, the sources said.

Enel businesses in Romania within reach for PPC

The conclusion of PPC's acquisition of Italian company Enel's activities in Romania is days away, with next Tuesday being the most likely date.

After four months of negotiations that began in November 2022, PPC agreed to pay €1.26 billion for Enel's businesses.

The acquisition will be partly financed by two loans.
