A 20-year-old university student admitted in the Intensive Care Unit of the University Hospital of Patra, western Greece, on Wednesday was in critical condition, state-run broadcaster ERT reported.
The woman underwent a series of tests and doctors are waiting for the results. Doctors believe she has an infection with some media stating it is meningitis.

Highways blocked as farmers escalate protests
The national highway connecting the northern port city of Thessaloniki to Moudania, Halkidiki will remain closed until 8 p.m. on Sunday as farmers escalate their protests.
Farmers initiated the blockade around 1.30 p.m. at the Moudania junction, blocking both directions of the highway.

Vehicles torched in university campus arson attack
Unknown assailants carried out an arson attack on vehicles on the University Campus in the Zografou district, eastern Athens, in the early hours of Sunday.
According to state-run broadcaster ERT, a group of individuals exited the campus and set fire to parked vehicles before returning to the university grounds.

Crete’s Iraklio airport to be closed February 19-24
The airport at Iraklio in Crete will be closed between February 19 and 24 as maintenance and repair work is carried out on the runway.
Responding to the announcement, Greek carriers Aegean and Sky Express on Tuesday said that passengers will be rerouted to Hania or Sitia or offered the option of a ferry boat.
