Bids for new Attiki Odos concession to be published next month

Privatization agency Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (TAIPED) will publish the six competitive bids for the new concession of the Attiki Odos ring road linking the capital to its airport before September 9. It will then call on the highest bidder and those whose bids are up to 5% less than the highest to resubmit.

Athens airport shareholders clear way for 30% stake sale, says source

Athens International Airport shareholders have given the go-ahead for the sale of a 30% stake in the country's biggest airport by privatization agency TAIPED, a senior official from the agency said on Thursday.

The state-owned Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund has hired Bank of America, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank to act as advisers on the sale of its stake.

Two binding offers for acquisition of DEPA Infrastructure SA

Greece's privatization agency, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), on Thursday announced that it has received two binding offers for the 100 percent acquisition DEPA Infrastructure SA, in a joint sell-off with Hellenic Petroleum (Hel.Pe) group.

- - ITALGAS SpA
