Indonesia's anti-terrorism officers captured Aug. 11 a man accused of raising funds and dispatching Indonesian citizens to Marawi, Philippines, and Syria to join the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), Anadolu Agency reported.

Parliament Speaker Nikos Voutsis said on Tuesday that Greece is working consistently for the promotion of strategic cooperation between the European Union and China for the benefits of the two sides.

Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Çavuşoğlu on Feb. 3 inaugurated a Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency (TİKA) office in Mexico City.      

Speaking at its opening ceremony, Çavuşoğlu praised TİKA for its role in humanitarian diplomacy and said the office would enhance cooperation between the two countries.      

A high-level delegation from President Putin's United Russia party is coming to Montenegro in mid-April to improve relations with the majority Orthodox country, which was recently invited to join NATO.

The visit will include meetings with pro-Russian parties, religious leaders, NGOs, business associations, media and the Russian diaspora in Montenegro.

Volkan Bozk?r, Turkey's EU minister and its chief negotiator with the bloc, has warned the EU that a delay in the delivery of migration funds worth 3 billion euros to Turkey would also cause a delay in implementing more effective measures to handle refugees in the country.

Turkey's European Union minister and its chief negotiator with the bloc, Volkan Bozk?r, flew to France on Feb. 2 to hold official meetings in Paris and Brussels between Feb. 3 and Feb. 5. 

In Paris, Bozk?r is scheduled to meet with French Secretary of State for European Affairs Harlem Desir at a working lunch on Feb. 3, a statement by the EU Ministry has said.
