Deputy Oana Florea says Romania is well-regarded at Europol

Deputy Oana Florea, the head of the delegation of the Romanian Parliament to the Joint Parliamentary Scrutiny Group (JPSG) on Europol, said on Monday that Romania is well regarded at Europol, having the second-largest number of employees, specializing mainly in IT and data analysis. GERB Deputy Chair Becomes Member of Europol Management Board

Tsvetan Tsvetanov, the Deputy Chairperson of GERB (majority partner in the ruling coalition), has become a member of Europol Management Board. There he will represent the Joint Parliamentary Scrutiny Group of the Agency. Tsvetanov's election to this position was made with full consensus by the delegations of all national parliaments and the European Parliament.
