NATO chief to visit Belgrade October 6-8

According to a press release, during the visit Stoltenberg will meet with President Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister Ana Brnabic.

On October 8, Stoltenberg will join Vucic for the opening ceremony of the civil emergency exercise "Srbija 2018", co-organized by the NATO Euro-Atlantic Disaster Response Coordination Center (EADRCC) and the Serbian Ministry of Interior, NATO said.

German discount chain Lidl set to open stores in Serbia

The company announced this, specifying that the stores are located in Belgrade, Bor, Zrenjanin, Kragujevac, Leskovac, Nis, Novi Sad, Smederevo, Sombor, Subotica, Uzice, and Sabac.

A press release said that more stores in other towns will be opening starting in November, and continue in subsequent months, as Lidl intends to grow its retail business in this country.

The Bulgarian Branch of Lidl Introduces New Kielbasa and Sausage Standards

The Bulgarian division of the German company Lidl introduces new higher standards for the quality of the sausage from their own brand that they offer. All sausages from the Pikok, Baroni and Dulano brands, as well as from the "Rodna Stryha" product line, are now produced without the use of mechanically separated meat, which reduces the use of improvers and thickeners, the company said.

Limited Access to the Building of National Palace of Culture from April 17 to 20

Access to the building of the National Palace of Culture (NDK) will be limited from 17th to 20th April, the National Palace of Culture said on 16th of April. The measure is due to high-level events from the calendar of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU, which will take place in the building.
