Loulis Mills – Increase in sales in the first half – How prices of raw materials affected profits
Sales of 60.97 million euros, with an increase of 11.83% showed Loulis Mills at group level in the first half of this year compared to the first half of 2021, while at company level sales amounted to 54.25 million euros with an increase of 13%. Cost of sales increased by 17.63% for the group and by 19.09% for the company.
EBRD's first agribusiness transaction in Greece
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on Monday announced it has successfully completed its first transaction in the agribusiness sector in Greece by providing 10 million euros in long-term financing to Loulis Mills, a leading company in the Greek flour milling industry.

Loulis Mills signs loan contracts for 40 mln euros
Greek flour-making company Loulis Mills on Thursday announced the signing of two contracts of collateralized common syndicated bond loans, amounting to 30 million euros and 10 million euros respectively, with coordinator and administrator bank Alpha.
In the first bond loan the bondholders are Alpha, Eurobank and National.

Blast on Russian-flagged ship leaves two injured near Volos
Two Russian nationals were seriously injured following an explosion on board a cargo ship docked at Amaliapoli near Volos, central Greece, on Saturday.
Initial reports suggested that the incident occurred on board the Russian-flagged Nakhodka following an explosion in a storage area at the ships prow.
