The appeals trial of Manchester United defender Harry Maguire over a nightclub brawl on the Greek island of Mykonos has been postponed for a year because of a lawyers' strike, court officials told The Associated Press.

Former Manchester United and Spain midfielder Juan Mata set his sights on winning the J-League title yesterday after joining Andres Iniesta's former Japanese club Vissel Kobe.

BELGRADE - Former Serbia captain Nemanja Vidic officially submitted his bid for president of the Football Association of Serbia (FSS) on Friday.
