Covid-19 caseload keeps diminishing

Ljubljana – Slovenia logged 1,154 coronavirus cases on Thursday, a decline of 14% from the same day a week ago. One patient with Covid-19 died, the Health Ministry reported. The overall number of patients with Covid-19 in hospitals stood at 240 this morning, down by five. 29 still require intensive care, of which only 17 are treated for Covid as their primary condition.

New coronavirus cases up in a day and week

Ljubljana – A total of 2,124 new coronavirus infections were confirmed in Slovenia on Tuesday, a rise from 1,604 cases a week ago, and up by as many as 1,667 cases from Monday, a bank holiday when fewer tests were carried out. Three infected patients died, data from the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ) and Health Ministry shows.

Covid cases down 30% week-on-week

Ljubljana – Coronavirus infections continue to decline steadily in Slovenia as 368 new cases were confirmed on Sunday, down by 30% in weekly comparison, fresh official data shows. Another three people with Covid died. The number of patients at regular Covid wards was 104 this morning, down by five on the day before, and the number of patients in intensive care was 17, down by one.

Ljubljana – The coronavirus epidemic in Slovenia is on a continued decline, as 561 new cases reported for Saturday, down 28% on the week before, and hospital numbers dropping. Hospitalisations are meanwhile up slightly, and one person with a confirmed coronavirus infection died, the latest data shows.

Coronavirus keeps receding

Ljubljana – The Covid-19 epidemic keeps receding in Slovenia with both new infections and patients in need of hospital treatment decreasing, data from the National Institute of Public Health and Health Ministry shows. Cases were down on Monday by nearly 22% week-on-week to 2,653, while three patients with Covid died.

Covid-19 keeps retreating

Ljubljana – A total of 1,839 coronavirus infections were recorded in Slovenia on Friday, down over 1,600 from a week ago. Hospitalisations are dropping as well, with 152 patients treated for Covid-19 in Slovenian hospitals today, including 21 in intensive care. Four patients died. The number of hospital patients dropped by 16 and the number of those in intensive care remained level.

Covid cases and hospitalisations keep falling

Ljubljana – The Covid-19 epidemic keeps subsiding in Slovenia with both new infections and patients in need of hospital treatment decreasing on Monday. Cases were down by nearly a fourth week-on-week to 3,400 but six more people died, Health Ministry data shows. This morning a total of 169 patients were treated for Covid-19 in hospitals, including 26 in intensive care.

Coronavirus infections down further

Ljubljana – Just over 800 new coronavirus infections were detected in Slovenia on Sunday as the downward trend continues. According to the Health Ministry, 179 patients are in hospitals due to Covid, including 28 in intensive care. Four Covid patients died yesterday after no data was released for Saturday and Friday.
