VIENNA (Reuters) - A train collided with a commuter bus in Graz, Austria's second-biggest city, killing the bus driver and injuring 11 other people on Tuesday morning, police said.
Eight of the 11 were seriously injured and the numbers could rise, a spokesman for the police in the southern province of Styria said.
Up to 40 people were injured, most of them lightly, when two train carriages collided in the Austrian city of Salzburg on Friday, rescuers and the rail company said.
"Shortly before the departure of the train, which links Zurich to Vienna, two carriages collided for unknown reasons," fire service official Reinhold Ortler told O1 radio.
