Report: OTP in talks to take over NKBM for EUR 1bn
Ljubljana – The Hungarian bank OTP is in talks with the private equity fund Apollo to take over Slovenia’s NKBM bank in a deal worth nearly EUR 1 billion, the press agency Reuters has reported, citing sources close to the matter. Both NKBM and Apollo, which owns 80% of the bank, declined to comment.

Govt for memorandum on Ljubljana Passenger Terminal with key stakeholders
Ljubljana – The government decided on Thursday to sign a memorandum of understanding with all key stakeholders of the Ljubljana Passenger Terminal, a public-private project that is to make Ljubljana a modern transport hub. Construction work is expected to be launched in 2022.

Two of those who have been injured are in a serious condition, Prva TV reported.

According to Police Director Vladimir Rebic, the driver of the bus most likely caused the accident. An investigation is under way.
Serbian president thanks Putin for stance on Kosovo
Vucic also thanked Putin for Russia's principled position on the issue of Kosovo and Metohija, and expressed his satisfaction with Putin's forthcoming visit to Serbia.
