Approximately 20 individuals entered the courtyard of the Greek Parliament on Sunday afternoon, hanging banners concerning the Tempi rail crash, the country's deadliest rail accident. The collision in February 2023 resulted in the loss of 57 lives and left numerous others injured.

Anarchist group targets Agia Paraskevi city hall over police intervention

Members of self-styled anarchist group Rouvikonas on Thursday afternoon targeted the building housing the municipal authorities of Agia Paraskevi, northern Athens, to protest the police intervention in the town square on May 6 to disperse a crowd flouting a ban on gatherings.

Self-styled anarchists barge into Labor Minister’s office

Members of the anti-establishment group Rouvikonas (Greek for Rubicon) on Thursday barged into the office of Labor Minister Yiannis Vroutsis in the center of Athens shouting slogans and scattering fliers.
In a post on the anarchist Indymedia website, the group said the stunt was carried out in protest at the the government's new social security bill.

Anarchists barge into rector's office to protest honor for businessman

Members of the student arm of self-styled anarchist group Rouvikonas barged into the office of the rector of the University of Piraeus on Friday evening to protest a decision by the deanery to bestow an honorary doctorate on a businessman.

The assailants sprayed and painted slogans on the walls, while causing some damages.

Anarchists target Australian ambassador's house over deadly wildfires

Members of the anarchist group Rouvikonas on Saturday morning scattered flyers outside the home of the Australian Ambassador to Greece Arthur Spyrou in a bid to protest the Australian authorities' handling of fatal wildfires that have been ravaging the country in recent weeks.
The incident did not result in any vandalism as is frequently the case with stunts by the group.
