Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik on Friday awarded Russian writer Zakhar Prilepein the award of Njegos of the First Order for his work in cultural and spiritual development and his public activity, contributing to friendly relations between Russia and Republika Srpska.

Minister denies Serbia asked to buy S-300s from Russia
TASS reported this citing the Serbian Defense Ministrys website.
"Serbia has a high level of cooperation with Russia, but the news on buying S-300 systems is inconsistent with the reality," the minister said in a statement, after Sputnik in Serbian said that Belgrade had sent an official request to Moscow to purchase the air defense systems.

World power centers have overplayed their hand when they thought it was possible to redraw borders in the Balkans since it is not a part of the EU.

The US representative on Ukraine, Kurt Volker, and Russian President Vladimir Putin's envoy, Vladislav Surkov, are to meet in Belgrade again, the Serbian media have reported.
Experts see the meetings as diplomatic fruit for the country's "two chairs" policy of balancing between West and East.
Russia to donate two Antonov An-26 to Serbia
The Army of Serbia will receive from Russia two transport aircrafts "Antonov", reports Sputnik, without specifying the source of information.
According to the Russian portal, aircrafts "An-26" could land in Serbia in the next 10 months.
