Dacic meets with Armenian deputy FM

BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic met with Armenian Deputy FM Paruyr Hovhannisyan in Belgrade on Wednesday.

The parties expressed interest in further development of bilateral relations, based on the traditional friendship and close cultural and historical ties between the two states and peoples, the Serbian MFA said in a statement.

Fiat Chrysler plant in Kragujevac produces first test units of new electric car

KRAGUJEVAC - The Fiat Chrysler plant in Kragujevac, central Serbia, has produced the initial test units of the first-ever electric car to be manufactured in Serbia, Tanjug learns.

They are undergoing crash tests and other testing inside the factory complex.

Collegium meeting on ODIHR recommendations concludes in Serbian parliament

BELGRADE - A Collegium meeting called by Parliament Speaker Ana Brnabic to discuss further ODIHR recommendations for improving the electoral conditions concluded in the Serbian parliament on Monday afternoon.

Vucic: We will get 430 mln euros from EU for Nis-Dimitrovgrad rail line, bypass

PIROT - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Thursday Serbia would get more EU funds - around 430 mln euros - for a project to reconstruct and modernise a Nis-Dimitrovgrad rail line and build a railway bypass around Nis.

Vucic was inspecting works on the Pirot-Sukovo section of the route.
