Teodosic leads Red Star to victory in Korac Cup final

NIS - Red Star Belgrade have successfully defended their title in the Serbian national basketball cup - the Radivoj Korac Cup - after a 85-79 (15-18, 28-26, 25-19, 17-16) win over arch-rivals Partizan in the final on Saturday evening.

Red Star won their fourth consecutive Radivoj Korac Cup and their 13th cup title in club history.

Red Star through to eighth consecutive Korac Cup final

NIS - Serbian basketball champions Red Star Belgrade are through to their eighth consecutive Radivoj Korac Cup final after an 87-52 win over Cacak 94 in the semi-finals in Nis on Friday evening.

In the final of the national basketball cup, Red Star will face the winner of the other semi-final between Partizan Belgrade and Vojvodina Novi Sad.

Kosovo-Metohija Serb detained, beaten by Pristina's police

LEPOSAVIC - A Kosovo-Metohija Serb man had to seek medical attention on Wednesday night after being detained and beaten by the so-called Kosovo Police.

Pristina's regional deputy police chief for northern Kosovo-Metohija said the man, identified by the initials I M, had been detained for allegedly "obstructing an on-duty officer" and released after questioning.

KRAGUJEVAC - Serbian PM Ana Brnabic said on Thursday the 1835 Serbian Constitution, also known as the Sretenje (The Meeting of the Lord) Constitution, had proclaimed freedom, independence and peacefulness as the fundamental values of Serbs.
