Telekom to be sold "only at right price"
Aleksandar Vucic has reiterated that the state-owned Telekom Srbija telecommunications company will be sold "only if a good price is received."
Otherwise, Vucic said on Monday, addressing reporters at the Palace of Serbia, "we won't sell Telekom, and there's no great philosophy about it."

Anti-Corruption Council against Telekom sale
The Anti-Corruption Council has recommended to the government on Tuesday to "avoid selling Telekom Srbija at this point."
Instead, the Council advised "status and financial restructuring with view of improving the company's operation."

Carlos Slim gives up on idea of buying Telekom - report
The new "game of poker" around Telekom Srbija will be played without Telekom Austria and its majority owner, Carlos Slim's America Movil.
The Vienna daily Presse reported this on Tuesday, adding that the reason is "the high price" asked for Serbia's state-owned telecommunications company - and its "low profitability."

The plans of the Chinese telecommunications company were announced on Monday after a meeting of Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic with Wan Zheng, Vice-President of Huawei, according to Serbia's Beta news agency.

Call for non-binding offers for Telekom
The Privatization Agency has issued an invitation for non-binding offers for the purchase of Telekom Srbija's capital, the Agency stated.
Individuals interested in the purchase, who meet the requirements for participation in the procedure, can submit non-binding offers for the purchase of Telekom's capital by 3 p.m. (local time) on August 2, 2015, at the latest.
