BELGRADE -- Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Saturday gave a demarche to Turkish Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay over the murder of a Serbian man in Istanbul.
25-year-old Marko Ivković traveled to Turkey to attend the Galatasaray-Crvena Zvezda (Red Star) basketball match.

ISTANBUL - Crvena Zvezda supporter Marko Ivkovic (25) was stabbed to death on Friday evening outside the sports arena in Istanbul where the Serbian basketball team played its Euroleague match against local Galatasaray.
Serbian Red Star fan stabbed to death in Istanbul
A supporter of the Serbian basketball club Red Star was stabbed and killed on Nov. 21 in Istanbul in front of the venue where a Euroleague game between Galatasaray Liv Hospital and the visiting side was being played.

Djordjevic, Gocul discuss defense cooperation
BELGRADE - Secretary of State at the Serbian Defense Ministry Zoran Djordjevic met with General Mieczyslaw Gocul, chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, to discuss ways to promote defense cooperation, on Thursday.
The two officials discussed opportunities to further promote cooperation in the field of defense based on overall good relations between the two countries.
