IMF sets stage to disburse new round of $5.3 bln to Argentina
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) said on March 13 it has reached an agreement with the government of Argentina on the fourth review of the aid package for the South American country, paving the way for the disbursement of some $5.3 billion.

Dendias meets new Argentina ambassador
Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias met with Argentina's new ambassador to Athens, Luis Alfredo Azpiazu, at the Foreign Ministry on Monday and wished him a successful mission.
Monday's talks focused on further promoting bilateral relations, the ministry tweeted.

Rights group files suit in Germany against Myanmar military
A human rights group and 16 people from Myanmar have filed a criminal complaint in Germany seeking punishment of Myanmar's generals for genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity they alleged were committed in that country after their 2021 government takeover and during a 2017 crackdown on Muslim Rohingya.
Cold water swimmers converge on Bled
Some 1,000 swimmers from all over the world have gathered at the lakeside town of Bled to take part in the 13th Winter Swimming World Championships this week. The oldest among them is about to turn 88.
The participants come from 31 countries, most of them from Finland, the UK, Germany and Denmark, but there are also swimmers from Argentina, Mongolia and Morocco.

Plane Crash in Nepal: 72 People On Board including 15 Foreigners
Passenger plane crash in Nepal. There were 72 people on board - among them four crew members. It is reported that 15 of the passengers are foreigners - there is no evidence that there were Bulgarian citizens among them.
The Yeti Airlines flight was flying from Kathmandu to Pokhara.
The plane crashed near the international airport shortly before landing.
Greece to be honored country at Chinese beverages expo
Greece will be the honored country at the 18th International Alcoholic Beverages Expo, the largest exhibition of the beverage industry in western China, which will be held in April in the city of Luzhou, Sichuan Province.
