BRUSSELS -- The EU expects candidates for membership not take advantage of Russia's counter-sanctions by taking the place of EU food exporters to the Russian market.
This includes Serbia and in particular Turkey - as well as Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Switzerland - the Beta news agency is reporting.

Three relatives of pope killed in Argentina accident
Three relatives of Pope Francis, two great nephews and their mother, have been killed in a traffic accident in Argentina, police said Tuesday.
The dead include a baby of eight months and a two-year-old toddler, police commissioner Carina Ferreyra said. Their father, the pope's nephew Horacio Bergoglio, is in serious condition, she told AFP.
Serbia beats Turkey to take Belgrade Trophy
BELGRADE - Serbia has beaten Turkey 79-64 (23-17 16-14 18-19 22-14) to win Belgrade Trophy 2014.
The MVP of the final match at Kombank Arena on Sunday, played before nearly 13,000 spectators, was Serbia's Stefan Markovic.
Puerto Rico defeated Argentina 97-87 (19-24 30-15 20-18 29-30) previously in their match for third place.

The first international exhibition of comics in Bulgaria – Sofia Comics Expo – opens for the public on August 15 in the gallery of the Union of Bulgarian Artists.
It is on the first floor of the gallery at 6 “Shipka” street and will be on till September 15.
